7-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for our courses, subject to the conditions outlined below. If you are not satisfied with the course, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date.

Refund Limitations and Eligibility

To protect the intellectual property of our instructors and the integrity of our course materials, the 7-day refund policy is subject to the following strict limitation:

• Course Progress: A refund is not possible if you have already started watching the course videos or accessing the core curriculum modules. Once you begin consuming the video content or downloading the materials, the refund policy is voided.
• Time Limit: Refund requests must be made within exactly 7 days (168 hours) from the exact time of purchase.

If you have purchased the course but have not yet started watching the content, you are fully eligible for a refund within the 7-day window.

How to Request a Refund

If you meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above and would like to request a refund, please contact our support team at support@upgrdcareer.com. Please include your registered email address, order ID, and the reason for the refund request.

Once your request is received and your course progress is verified, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original method of payment.

Lifetime Access

For students who do not request a refund and continue with their learning journey, you receive permanent, non-expiring lifetime access to all current and future curriculum updates for the courses you have enrolled in.
